Five things we do differently, and the cost of each one to us.

1. The delivery estimate is the real one

Eight to sixteen business days, stated before you buy. It costs us orders from people who want it this week. It saves both of us a fortnight of emails and a chargeback.

2. The price is the price

The bag is $0 and shipping is stated up front: $39.95 for the first bag and $35.00 for each extra bag. Nothing changes at checkout.

3. Real measurements on everything

Every bag is listed with its actual dimensions in inches and centimetres. Measure a bag you already own and compare — it is the only reliable way to buy a bag online.

4. A real closing sale

Our warehouse is closing, so every bag goes out free. Once a design is gone, it is gone.

5. A person on the other end

A real person reads your email and replies on business days, usually within one business day.

And one thing we are not

We are not a workshop and there is no artisan behind the name. Marlow Bags is a shop. Every bag is made by hand, in small runs, in our workroom. We think the product stands up without a story attached to it.
