Every bag lists its own measurements on its product page. This page explains the shapes and how they run.
How to use this properly
Do not guess from the photograph — photographs of bags are almost always misleading about scale. Take a bag you already own and like, lay it flat, measure the width and the height, and compare those two numbers with the ones below.
Tote bags

Where a bag is listed as Small, Medium or Large
Some patterns are made in a graded run rather than fixed shapes. In those cases the exact figures for that specific bag are on its own product page — we do not publish a single conversion chart, because it would be wrong for some of them.
Straps
Where a bag offers Adjustable Strap, it is a detachable shoulder strap adjusting roughly 35–55 in (89–140 cm). No Strap means the carry handles only.
