How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days to process, then 8–16 business days in transit. Our bags ship from our manufacturing partner's warehouse overseas, which is the reason for the transit time. It is on every product page.
Are these handmade?
No, and we will not tell you otherwise. They are made in small runs by a manufacturer overseas, to a specification we set and check. See how our bags are made.
What are they made of?
A cotton-rich blend, quilted over a wadding layer, with a bound interior seam and a moulded zip with a metal pull. Exact composition is on each product page.
How do I wash it?
Cold machine wash in a laundry bag, mild detergent, no bleach — and do not tumble dry, which is the one thing that ruins them. Full instructions on the care page.
What size should I get?
Measure a bag you already own and compare it against the figures in our size guide. Do not judge from photographs.
What does "Adjustable Strap" mean?
A detachable shoulder strap, adjusting roughly 35–55 in. "No Strap" means the bag comes with its carry handles only.
What does shipping cost?
Free over $59, otherwise a flat $6.95 tracked. That is the whole cost — the price on the page does not change at checkout.
Can I return it?
30 days from delivery, unused and in its packaging. Faulty or damaged is replaced or refunded in full including shipping — send a photo and your order number.
Why are there no reviews on some products?
Because nobody has bought that one yet. We do not seed, buy, write or import reviews, so a new pattern starts with an empty review section.
Do the digital add-ons get posted?
No — they are printable files, emailed within minutes of ordering. Nothing physical ships and they carry no shipping charge.
