Marlow Bags is a trading name of Takeover Enterprises LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States of America. We sell online only. We have no shop or counter you can visit, and no telephone line; email is the only way to reach us.

We do not have a telephone line, and the registered address above is an administrative address, not a shop and not a returns address. If you need to return something, email us first and we will send you the correct return address.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing we publish excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees.

Complaints

Send complaints to support@marlowbags.com. We acknowledge within 5 business days and answer in substance within 14 days. If we have not resolved it, you can contact the consumer protection agency in your state or territory, or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at accc.gov.au. Privacy complaints can be taken to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992 once you have given us 30 days to respond.
